Cool Phone On Cheap Price

i really just like using those prepaid cell phone plans with no contracts but all the phones are so cheaply made. cellphones with contracts you can definitely see that most of them are of a higher quality. are there any quality phones that are not made of cheap plastic and (cellular phone)
